That was luxurious and beautiful hotel set in fairly nice area, next to the restaurants or cleaners, airport and taxi. The place had a family atmosphere. Also, location was great, a super close walk to amphiteatre.

Family room was cozy and the food was great! The location marvellous in the middle of jackson.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is also convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast spread is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the basic amenities provided meet all of your needs.

Everything was simply nice. We were given fantastic, incredible room with 2 bathrooms...

Generally, the place was wonderful and had excellent staff at the reception desk. We had a big size room where climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television were available. It was in a nice location in the middle of jackson.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious resort with an amazing location. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. One of the best things was the complimentary WiFi and the wide selection of food available. the daycare and mini disco were a hit with the kids and gave me some much needed time to myself.

There were a few downsides to my experience. The language barrier made it hard to communicate sometimes, and it could be frustrating when trying to get something specific done.

Our new year at this hotel was amazing! The food quality was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from and everything was freshly made. The beach was so close to our room and the view was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the animation team who kept us entertained with their shows and party after. The music in the lobby was live and made us feel happy.

Some of the restaurant staff seemed unmotivated and did not provide good service. the air in the fitness area was poor, which made it hard to enjoy the space.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the buffet restaurant had a good selection of food, with plenty of options to choose from. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Lastly, the hotel had great facilities, including a free spa area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, which had two bathrooms, making it convenient for larger groups or families. The breakfast served every morning was also a highlight, offering a delicious start to the day.

All was fine, no complaints whatsoever.

Nothing it was perfect.

I recently had a brilliant stay at a hotel along the pier. The attention to detail and customer service was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were fantastic, with two bathrooms for added convenience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options. The value for money was excellent, as the prices were reasonable for such a high-quality hotel.

Nothing to complain about - everything was perfect!

This place is an excellent choice for vacationing families with children. The location, although not adjacent to the beach, makes up for it with its private bay and plenty of pools around. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with modern furnishings. The breakfast is a good selection. Guests can't seem to have enough of multiple bars and restaurants in the area that offer great food and drinks, especially in restaurants or cleaners; the animation team and shows are highly entertaining.

The front desk could use an attitude shift, being less condescending and more welcoming.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool. The service was impeccable, and the staff was always on hand to help fulfill our needs. The location was also advantageous, providing easy access to the beach. The beautiful garden area was perfect for a relaxing stroll or a morning yoga session. We also enjoyed the live entertainment and night club, which made for an unforgettable evening.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of variety in Indian food options, which we missed sometimes. However, the Dinner and Buffet breakfast were exquisite, and the Poolside snack bar and Snack bar were perfect for a light afternoon bite.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent facilities, clean rooms with good WiFi, and delicious food options. The location was perfect - private bay, close beach, different pools, and friendly staff. The hotel also provided great transportation and parking services. The staff was helpful, especially Luidmilla from guest relations.

Everything was fantastic.
